Asistente T.I. - Facilitate IT Services Reporting
Asistente T.I. is an internal application developed by Petroleos Mexicanos. It aims to provide IT service users with a quick and easy way to report service failures or request new services from anywhere using their smartphones.
With Asistente T.I., you can update your profile as needed so that support specialists can easily contact and locate you to provide the necessary service. The application allows you to report various services, such as unlocking and changing passwords for SAP accounts, configuring and troubleshooting phone extensions, physical PC failures, email configuration and failures, trunking radio failures, and institutional system failures like SIIC, CONVOL, Commercial Portal, SIP, and domain password reset in case you forget it.
Additionally, you can track the status of your requests and apply filters to view only open, closed, canceled, or all requests. After each request is resolved, you have the opportunity to evaluate the quality of our service through a simple survey. You can also indicate whether you agree to close the report or provide suggestions for improvement.
Stay informed about IT service availability events through the "Notices" option. The best part is that you don't need to remember another username and password since you can log in using the credentials you use for your PC.
We are committed to continuously improving the application by periodically adding new features and including more services to provide you with an enhanced experience.
