Asistente T.I. - Facilitating IT Service Requests on the Go

Asistente T.I. is an internal application designed by Petróleos Mexicanos to aid its users in reporting IT service faults or requesting new ones quickly and easily from anywhere using their smartphones. It allows you to update your profile so that support specialists can locate you precisely and provide the service you need.

With Asistente T.I., you can report a variety of services, including unlocking and changing passwords for SAP accounts, configuring and troubleshooting telephone extensions, physical faults with PCs, configuring and troubleshooting email, institutional system faults such as SIIC, CONVOL, Commercial Portal, SIP, resetting domain passwords if forgotten, and trunking radio faults.

You can also filter and view the status of your requests, including open, closed, canceled, or all requests. After each request is handled, you can rate the quality of service through a straightforward survey and provide suggestions to improve the service.

Stay informed about IT service availability events using the "Notices" option. You don't need to remember another username and password; instead, you connect using the same credentials used to access your PC. The application will be periodically updated with new features and more services to enhance your experience.
